Saturday, 12/8 Holy Day of Obligation
Feast of the Immaculate Conception Mass in Church
KC Pancake Breakfast in the Family Life Center
Saturday, December 8th is a Holy Day of Obligation with a Vigil Mass on December 7th and two Masses on Saturday December 8th. The first Mass on Saturday will begin at 8:00am and the second Mass at noon. According to the church bulletin, Saturday evening's Mass does not fulfill the Holy Day obligation.
On
December 7th in the afternoon, the church will set up the tables and
the Society of Saint Margaret Mary will decorate them. The KCs will be
responsible for cleanup after Saturday's event.
Saturday
morning, the KCs will be leading the Novena to Our Mother of Perpetual
Help and The Rosary starting at 7:20am which will be followed by
the 8:00am Mass. If anyone else would like to help with the Novena/
Rosary let me know. We will be serving pancakes after the 8:00am
Mass and finishing by 11:00am with clean up. The FLC will be
opening @6:30am and the brothers cooking and preparing the drinks
should be there by 7:00am or so. (If you are helping and attend the
8:00am Mass, please return promptly after Mass to help serve)
We currently are aware of about 60 attendees (including the
KCs), however, I anticipate that many will attend without registering.
Below is the agenda and extra help will be appreciated with
the breakfast and clean up afterwards. Please call me if you can help or
