Brother Knights,
We
are in grave need for knights to sign up for our monthly BBQ Cook and
Sales Teams. Right now we have knights showing up to cook in the early
AM on Sunday and needing to stay into the early afternoon. We want to
fill out cook teams (3 teams) so each team is working every 3 months.
The
sales teams we are setting up so most on the team only need to be there
after the Mass they usually attend. The four sales teams are set up as
follows (looking for 5 knights per team):
06:45--09:15--Help
with packing the food and setting up sales area; done with sales around
09:00; need 1 knight to hang out "guarding" the sales area and $$.
10:20--11:15--This team can leave (except for a "guard").
12:20--13:30--After
sales the team will need to help put food away in the warmer if there
is enough for sales after the 5PM Mass. If not, the sales setup needs to
be broken down.
16:20--18:30--Sales after the 5PM Mass and take down of the sales area.
PLEASE
contact Mike Appling if you want to join one of the cook teams (you
don't need to know how to BBQ) or a sales team. email:

Our Ladies' Night Dinner is coming Saturday February 16 (setup on Friday).
Brother Art is heading up this wonderful event. All will be ready but we are in dire need of more servers--12 to be exact.
Servers
need to arrive by 5:30PM on Saturday and be dressed in black slacks and
shoes, long sleeve white shirt and a black bow tie. If you don't have a
bow tie, the Council owns some. You should be done by about 9PM.
This dinner cannot happen without your help.
Please call or email Art Hausler if you can help:

James
Waite wanted to thank everyone who contributed their time, talent, and
treasure to the Christmas Bike Drive. Approximately 350 bikes were
donated. Our council and brother knights were responsible for about
$1,100 or about 20 bikes. Several brother knights and their families
helped to load the 18 wheeler which was donated by Jason Jordan's
company for this purpose. Thank you Jason. The link to this event is

of the kids.)
Our condolences and prayers to Brother Rickey Constantine on the death of his father.
