Military Projects
Brother Knights
For the past 3 years we have collected donations from the parish
in Oct, Nov and Dec to support 3 military projects:
- Frontline Faith - mP3 players with spiritual content sent to deployed troops; $24/mP3 player
- Trees for Troops - Christmas trees sent to military families throughout the world; $40/tree
- Wreaths Across America - wreaths placed on veterans' graves during Christmas season; $15/wreath
We
will do so again this year but with a twist, the entire parish
(including all of you) will be asked to participate by sending or
dropping off a check (made out to KC Council 7445) to the parish office. You are getting this information before the rest of the parish family.
- No cash will be accepted
- There will be no collection on campus as we did in years' past.
- There will be bulletin announcements each week in Nov/Dec, starting the weekend of 11/1
- There will be brief messages from the pulpit also in Nov/Dec
